For several years, the School and Preschool Complex in Kruszyn has promoted among its pupils the idea of discovering, developing and nurturing talents. It supports and promotes their abilities in various fields of knowledge and life. It is believed that every child has within them the small diamond that is talent. It only needs to be found and polished. The school belongs to the Lower Silesian Network of Schools Supporting Talents and holds a Certificate of a School Supporting Talents.
One element of promoting students’ abilities is the Municipal Gala of “Talent Discoverers”, organized for the third time by the School and Preschool Complex in Kruszyn for children from the municipality.
This year’s Gala of Talent Discoverers, held thanks to the courtesy of Beata Domerecka, director of the Youth Cultural Centre in Bolesławiec, on the stage of the Old Theatre in Bolesławiec, was exceptional. It enabled everyone gathered to discover the tremendous variety of students’ abilities, while giving the performers an opportunity to share their interests and skills.
Forty-two students from six municipal schools took part in presenting their talents, proving that municipal schools are extraordinary places, full of passion, where exceptional young people develop.

All participants received personalized certificates of participation in the gala and gifts from Roman Jaworski, deputy head of Bolesławiec Municipality, and Dariusz Kunaszko, director of the School and Preschool Complex. The gifts were funded equally by the Head of Bolesławiec Municipality and the Parents’ Council of the School and Preschool Complex in Kruszyn. The teachers who prepared the students were also honored with acknowledgements.
The coordinator and organizer of the gala was Marzanna Gal, leader of the School Team Supporting Talents at the School and Preschool Complex in Kruszyn.

The audience included parents, students and teachers, who enthusiastically applauded all the performers.
In his summary of the 3rd Municipal Gala of “Talent Discoverers”, Deputy Head Roman Jaworski thanked all the participants for taking part. He clearly emphasized that it is worthwhile to invest in children, whose strengths are continually sought out and reinforced. The Director of the Youth Cultural Centre also spoke, emphasizing that such initiatives are welcome at the institution she heads.
The director of the School and Preschool Complex in Kruszyn once again thanked everyone for participating and invited them to the 4th Municipal Gala of “Talent Discoverers” next year.
