Our Reader, a resident of Bolesławiec, asked us to publicize the issue:

Dolne Młyny Street is an absolute disaster: potholes, puddles and loads of lunatics who don’t give a damn that people are walking with small children. Shoes and clothes ruined! That’s the first thing. And secondly: I’m asking whether someone will finally get around to doing something about this road—but the WHOLE road, not just filling in the potholes one by one, which are twice as large after winter???!

She added: “Is the management asleep or what?”

Update

The new head of the District Roads Authority, Paweł Bednarski, assured us that road workers would inspect Dolne Młyny Street and fix the deficiencies. A thorough renovation of Dolne Młyny is not currently planned. But, as we learned, the climate is favorable for repairing district roads in the city. County head Karol Stasik has reached an agreement with Mayor Piotr Roman, and renovations of Ogrodowa and Polna Streets will begin any day now, followed by Sądowa Street. There is therefore a chance that the residents of Dolne Młyny Street will also live to see a proper reconstruction of the road.
