One of the items on the agenda of Wednesday’s City Council session was a vote on a draft resolution approving the donation to Bolesławiec County of the property at 8 Bankowa Street in Bolesławiec, currently home to Primary School No. 2 in Bolesławiec. “This is a groundbreaking resolution,” said Mayor Piotr Roman. “It should resolve a problem that has existed in Bolesławiec for several decades.”
The councillors unanimously adopted the resolution. This means that the City will transfer the “Number Two” school building to the County, probably in exchange for the building on Zwycięstwa Street. (Tomorrow, a session of the Bolesławiec County Council will be held, at which the Council will make a decision on the matter.)
The issue of premises for the special school is getting closer to being resolved. Good news?
