On October 30, police caught a 53-year-old resident of Bolesławiec red-handed. The man was unloading a car containing several liters of alcohol in plastic bottles. At the time of his arrest, the Bolesławiec resident had more than one per mille of alcohol in his system. He claimed that he was storing the alcohol for his own use. This is contradicted by the meticulously maintained “sales records.”

The investigation into the case is ongoing. Police officers from Bolesławiec do not rule out further arrests. The 53-year-old faces up to five years in prison.
