Let us recall: at the previous session of the County Council, representatives of the Independent Trade Union for the Defence of Employees’ Rights at PKS in Bolesławiec appeared. They asked the County Board for “a quick and urgent response” regarding the company and presented a list of allegations related to the activities of its president.

At the April meeting of the Bolesławiec County Council, PiS councillor Jacek Rozpędowski asked whether the matter had been clarified. County Head Karol Stasik replied that the union members’ allegations had not been confirmed—apart from one: the tender mentioned by PKS employees had indeed been prepared incorrectly, and the person responsible had received a disciplinary penalty under the regulations.
