The incident occurred on Wednesday, April 19, on Chrobrego Street in Bolesławiec. At approximately 9:00 a.m., the driver of an Audi, a 49-year-old woman from Bolesławiec County, failed to yield the right of way to the scooter rider. The vehicles collided.
A 39-year-old moped rider was injured in the accident. He was taken to hospital.
