The former nurses’ hotel building will be modernized by the Bolesławiec Social Housing Association. Emil Zając, president of the municipal company, said: “We already have a final building permit. Within the next two weeks, a tender will be announced to select a contractor for the modernization.”
He added: “I think we will manage to sign the contract by the end of June. And in about 18 months, we will be enjoying a new building.”
