Jacek Subik is no longer the head of the Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej. The president of the district-owned company has been dismissed. The reason? The District authorities were dissatisfied with him. The company’s loss amounted to PLN 1.05 million. (The chairman of the Supervisory Board, Jacek Ruchała, was also dismissed.)
The new chairman of the Supervisory Board (and temporary head of the entire company) is Emil Zając, J. Ruchała’s previous deputy and, in his day-to-day role, president of the municipal Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego.
A competition will select the new head of PKS. We will return to this topic.
