This support consists of providing public subsidies for interest on loans and bonds under the preferential lending programme operated by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for social housing societies, housing cooperatives and municipal companies.
Officials add:
Bolesławiec Social Housing Society submitted an application for preferential repayable financing in the third edition of the social rental housing support programme and obtained repayable financing of more than PLN 1,280,000.
