The incident occurred at around 5:00 a.m. on Route 94, two hundred metres past Prinjavor, heading towards Bolesławiec. A bus with registration plates from Kalisz crashed into a street sweeper. Seven people travelling on the bus were injured. Six were taken to the hospital in Bolesławiec, and one is to be transported to Zgorzelec.
No skid marks were visible on the road. The front of the bus was destroyed, but the passenger compartment was in relatively good condition.
