The “Purchase of low-emission bus fleet for the needs of public transport in Bolesławiec” project will receive funding from the Regional Operational Programme of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship 2014–2020.

The Bolesławiec project to improve public transport operations is one of thirteen applications in the voivodeship to receive a positive assessment. It received 21 points, or 60% of the possible total. The Bolesławiec City Hall plans to allocate more than PLN 12 million to the project. It will receive PLN 8,845,100 in funding from the Regional Operational Programme of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

The project includes the purchase of 13 brand-new low-floor buses meeting the Euro 6 emissions standard, fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and equipped with a designated space for transporting a bicycle. Passenger capacity: at least 77 (+ wheelchair user + driver); seats: at least 20+1.
