The incident took place after midnight on March 11, outside one of the commercial establishments in Legnica. An altercation broke out, during which five residents of Legnica County, aged between 22 and 38, beat one man. The injured man was taken to hospital.
All the aggressors were detained and taken to police custody. Two of them—a 37-year-old and a 38-year-old—were charged with assault. The attackers could face up to five years in prison.
