An acquaintance refused to give him money for alcohol, so he ransacked his apartment

Officers from the Criminal Division of Police Station I in Jelenia Góra arrested

a 31-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra suspected of robbery and theft. The detainee is suspected of at least six crimes committed over the past month. He is suspected, among other things, of robbery. The man approached an acquaintance outside a shop and demanded a few zlotys because he did not have enough money for alcohol. The victim refused, so the 31-year-old followed him to his apartment, intimidated him, ransacked the premises and stole PLN 20.

Furthermore, officers established that the suspect is also suspected of five shoplifting offenses. His loot included perfumes, toys and clothing.

The Jelenia Góra resident was taken into police custody. He faces up to 12 years in prison.
