I would like to ask for help in making the municipality ensure that an access road to properties in Dobra is built. Although my neighbors and I call the municipality many times every day, asking it to respond, no action is being taken. The road is in terrible condition; every day someone gets stuck in a huge amount of mud. Because a dozen or so trucks arrive at nearby construction sites every day, the road looks worse with each passing day.
The reader added that she is a mother and has trouble simply going for a walk. “The stroller cannot cover the dozen or so meters to the main road,” she says sadly.
What does Bolesławiec municipality say? “Construction work is currently under way here, carried out both by developers and private individuals. The road has been dug up because utility connections for electricity, water and sewage are being installed to the properties,” Halina Kidoń, an investment and infrastructure inspector, explains to the istotne.pl Halina Kidoń. “Once the earthworks on the road are completed, Bolesławiec municipality will build a road here. Its design is already ready; we are waiting for the aforementioned work to be completed.”
The official added that on Thursday, February 23, one of the developers carried out temporary repairs on the road: “A bulldozer was hired to push away the accumulated mud, and a dump truckload of aggregate was spread in its place.”
