Officers from the Department for Combating Crimes Against Life and Health of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica arrested a 31-year-old city resident suspected of drug-related offenses.
Police determined that the man might have narcotics in his apartment. The officers’ suspicions were confirmed: methamphetamine and marijuana were secured at the 31-year-old’s residence. The Legnica resident was taken into police custody.
Officers are currently clarifying all the circumstances of the case in detail. Among other things, they are checking the source of the secured narcotics and determining whether the detainee was involved in selling them. The 31-year-old faces up to three years in prison.
