The opening will take place on Friday, 17 February at the Museum of Photography in Goerlitz. It will begin at 6:30 p.m.. The exhibition is touring and was previously presented at the Municipal Cultural Centre in Zgorzelec. Goerlitz is its second stop. For the next month—until 21 March—the exhibition can be visited at the Museum (Löbauer Strasse 7) from Tuesday to Sunday, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The exhibition presents life in a city divided by a border, where Poles and Germans came to live alongside one another after the Second World War. It seeks to answer the question of how the border affects the lives of people on both sides, as well as what image of “their” border Poles and Germans have preserved in their memories.
