The arrest took place on Sunday, February 12. The owners of one of the retail outlets selling honey and other bee products informed the Legnica police that their employee had arrived at work completely drunk. As it turned out, the 59-year-old resident of Bolków Municipality had nearly 2.5 per mille of alcohol in his breath. What is more, he had failed to settle up with his employer for several days' takings (PLN 6,000).
The man was arrested and placed in police custody. He did not plead guilty. He faces up to five years in prison.
