Police officers from the Juvenile and Pathology Division of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra detained a 16-year-old resident of Kowary suspected of theft, property damage and drug dealing. Last year, the minor committed numerous offenses in Kowary. He stole various metal and copper items, which he then sold at scrap-metal collection points. Moreover, he defaced the facade of one of the grocery discount stores.
Officers also determined that the 16-year-old was selling marijuana to his peers. The boy admitted to the offenses. The family court will decide his further fate.
