The first to be arrested by police was a 31-year-old woman from Lubin, who, as it turned out, had been driving under the influence of drugs. The next was a 31-year-old man from the Rudna municipality, arrested 40 minutes later. The man was completely drunk, with nearly 3 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The last of those arrested on the night of February 7–8 turned out to be a 24-year-old from Wrocław, who at around 1:30 a.m. was driving with nearly two per mille of alcohol in his system.
All three face up to two years in prison.
