At the meeting with representatives of local governments and secondary schools, police officers presented the requirements for police candidates, as well as opportunities for development and education in the service. The host was deputy inspector D. Borski, acting Commander of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters. He led the meeting together with deputy inspector J. Markiewicz, Head of the Recruitment and Training Department of the Lower Silesian Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław, and deputy inspector Krzysztof Wołowiec, Deputy Head of the Recruitment and Training Department of the Lower Silesian Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław.

Representatives of local governments, secondary schools, the County Labour Office and the Youth Career Centre attended the meeting. Those present received posters and leaflets and proposed cooperation in disseminating information about recruitment. The guests were presented with the requirements that a police candidate must meet and an explanation of what the recruitment process looks like. The aim of the meeting was to establish cooperation in disseminating information about recruitment and formal requirements.
The police service may be performed by:
- a Polish citizen of impeccable reputation;
- a person not convicted by a final court judgment of a criminal offence or a tax offence;
- a person enjoying full public rights;
- a person with at least secondary education;
- a person physically and mentally capable of serving in armed formations subject to special service discipline, which they are willing to obey;
- a person who provides assurance of maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the requirements set out in regulations on the protection of classified information;
- a person with their military service status regulated
