Officers from the Criminal Division of the Lubin District Police Headquarters determined that a large quantity of narcotics intended for distribution might be located in one of the apartments rented in Polkowice. The 37-year-old resident of Polkowice suspected of this activity was detained and subsequently placed in pre-trial detention for three months.
In the suspect’s apartment, officers found 4,500 doses of drugs (marijuana, amphetamine and methamphetamine). The man had already been convicted of similar offences.
The 37-year-old repeat offender faces up to 10 years in prison.
