At the training facilities of the Bolesławiec Regiment, a series of theoretical classes, methodological demonstration classes and instructor-methodological classes was conducted. Their aim was to improve commanders’ abilities to prepare for serving as class leaders and instructors, and to present the optimal way of conducting classes in selected military and specialist subjects.
On the first day of the course, participants’ knowledge of instructions governing the organization of training and the performance of selected combat training standards was tested. Methodological group classes were also held on improving the principles of preparing training documentation at platoon and squad level. In the afternoon, the trainees took part in methodological demonstration classes covering battery drill and the preparation and conduct of live-fire training classes.
The second day was devoted to discussing the principles of basic and problem-based teaching models in specialist training, as well as conducting methodological demonstration classes on organizing and conducting general air defence training. The training concluded with theoretical classes on prevention and military discipline.
The aim of the two-day course held in the 3rd Rocket Artillery Battalion was to improve the skills of platoon and squad commanders in appropriately selecting training forms and methods, and to present the optimal way of conducting classes using the training facilities of the Bolesławiec Regiment. The conclusions from the training will be used in this year’s training activities of the artillerymen. The first opportunity to do so will be the training of soldiers of the National Reserve Forces as part of rotational exercises, which will begin at the 23rd Artillery Regiment in early February.
