On Sunday, January 21, the Indoor Lower Silesian Championships for juniors and younger juniors were held. The competition took place in Jablonec (Czech Republic). Dominika Kwaszcz, a second-year student at the Veterinary Technical School within Zespół Szkół Handlowych i Usługowych in Bolesławiec, won a double Lower Silesian championship title. In her signature event (the long jump), the athlete achieved the best result in the country—6.10 m. She also performed excellently in the sprint, covering 60 m in 7.85 seconds.
Dominika is an athlete of Międzyszkolny Klub Sportowy Bolesłavia, where she trains under the guidance of coach and physical education teacher at ZSHiU Małgorzata Markowska.
