On Tuesday, September 30, police officers from Bolesławiec and Wrocław, working with Border Guard officers, dismantled one of the largest cannabis plantations in Lower Silesia. The plants were growing on wasteland near Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka.
Officers seized 220 cannabis plants, some of which were up to three metres tall. According to investigators’ estimates, the plants could have produced several dozen kilograms of marijuana worth approximately two million zlotys.
It is not yet known who was growing the cannabis. “Police officers are continuing to work on the case,” Wojciech Wybraniec from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław told the IstotneInformacje.pl portal.
