We were informed about the accident by a Reader. After 1 p.m., two vehicles collided: a truck and an Opel Corsa. The 25-year-old driving the passenger car failed to exercise due caution and drove under the trailer. No one was injured.
The truck was driven by a 58-year-old from Ocice. The person responsible was fined. Both drivers were sober. Reader’s comment:
It’s no wonder—with the route to Lwówek closed. Traffic is like on a motorway. The grit truck passes once a week with its plough raised, while the condition of the road is catastrophic.
