The prosecutor’s office brought eight charges against the resident of Bolesławiec County, including psychological and physical abuse of his family and molesting his minor daughters. According to investigators, the suspect tormented his loved ones from 1990 onward. One of his daughters broke the silence.
On September 19, the District Court ordered the man’s detention for three months. “There are several injured parties,” Regina Haniszewska, deputy district prosecutor in Bolesławiec, told the IstotneInformacje.pl portal. She added that she could not provide details of the case because of the interests of the investigation.
