On Friday, the Legnica traffic police conducted the “Vulnerable Road Users” operation. During the operation, officers issued 79 penalty fines. They were given to: 37 pedestrians, the same number of drivers, and 5 cyclists. Pedestrians were fined for crossing the road in prohibited places and failing to obey traffic lights; drivers – for improperly driving across pedestrian crossings and other offenses. 10 people were given a warning.
