On December 5, Legnica police officers detained two people—a 53-year-old man and a woman 10 years younger than him—who were illegally drawing gas. The illegal connection had been installed in the attic of the building where the detained couple lived. The losses are being assessed. Both detainees face up to 10 years in prison.
