The Statistical Office in Wrocław organizes statistical surveys involving interviewers throughout Lower Silesian Voivodeship. They are not anonymous individuals. They carry official ID cards with photographs and authorizations specifying the subject matter, area and period of the survey. An interviewer’s identity can also be verified by calling the Statistical Office in Wrocław at tel. 71 37 16 333 or 71 37 16 389.
All surveys conducted by the Statistical Office are subject to the principle that interviewers and other statistics employees must maintain statistical confidentiality. This means that information collected during surveys is confidential and may not be used for purposes other than statistical ones.
– We kindly ask all readers to take part in official statistics surveys. Your positive attitude toward statistical interviewers and the time you devote to them will improve the quality of the statistical data obtained – says Beata Sałdyka from the Statistical Office in Wrocław. “Talk to the interviewer and influence the results of the surveys!” the official encourages.
