Residents have informed us that when they want to collect a parcel from an InPost Parcel Locker, they discover that they can do so—but at the point on Komuny Paryskiej. “It is just like a delivery notification, even though this was supposed to be a convenience,” Mr Stanisław complains. “The problem is that the point on Komuny Paryskiej is not open all the time. On Saturdays, it is open only until 1:00 p.m.; on Sundays, it is closed. During the week, if someone works from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., they cannot collect their parcel either. For those who can adjust to the point’s opening hours, an additional difficulty is that the premises are not marked at all—there is no InPost sign or Parcel Lockers logo. What a shame.

“If the situation described is true, I can only apologize,” istotne.pl was told by Wojciech Kądziołka, spokesperson for Integer, the company that operates InPost Parcel Lockers. “Despite the growing number of machines, demand for them is increasing just as quickly, and it happens that Parcel Lockers in the most popular locations become full. To ensure that parcels are delivered as quickly as possible, we direct parcels from such machines to our stationary points.

He adds: “I would like to assure you that we will do everything possible to ensure that additional lockers are installed in Bolesławiec and that such a situation does not happen again in the future.
