Fifteen teams representing schools from three counties took part in the competition: Bolesławiec, Lubań and Zgorzelec. The competition committee consisted of: Agnieszka Wierzbicka – head of the Regional Centre for Environmental Education in Lubań, Jolanta Loritz-Dobrowolska – Society for the Protection of Nature and Landscape in Zgorzelec, Katarzyna Graczyk – head of the Municipal Centre for Environmental Education in Bolesławiec, Łucja Rutyna-Chwała – teacher at the Primary School in Gierałtów, Grażyna Łagowska – teacher at the European Lower-Secondary School in Zgorzelec.
The winners in the individual categories were:
- School and Preschool Complex in Pisarzowice – Bartłomiej Czapla, Bartosz Młodziński, Jakub Pawlak, supervisor Grażyna Jarosiewicz;
- School Complex of the European Union in Świętoszów – Kinga Szpunar, Wiktoria Jungnickel, Magdalena Kudlewska, supervisor Angela Jakubowicz;
- A. Mickiewicz Upper-Secondary School Complex in Lubań: Kornelia Mazur, Marcin Młodziński, Nikola Ojrzyńska, supervisor Kinga Gordon-Sieradzka.
The competition laureates received diplomas and book prizes funded by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Wrocław.
