Before the remarkable Polish-American duo appeared on stage, Karolina Grodzicka and her band performed for the Bolesławiec audience. Among other songs, the group played “Unchain My Heart” from Ray Charles’s repertoire and “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door” by this year’s winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature – Bob Dylan.
The stars of the evening were Romek Puchowski & Keith Dunn, who served everyone present at the Old Theatre a generous helping of authentic blues. The organizer of the All Souls’ Blues event was the Blues nad Bobrem Association. Those who were not there can only regret it.
