On November 3, an oral tender was held for granting perpetual usufruct of the property located at ks. Jerzy Popiełuszki Square in Bolesławiec. The plot was designated for the construction of a hotel. The plot’s starting price (net) was PLN 1,500,000. A deposit of PLN 200,000 was paid by one participant, who was admitted to the tender.
As a result of the tender, a net price of PLN 1,515,000 was achieved.
The purchaser of the land property is the company named “IBIS BOLESŁAWIEC” Spółka z o.o. w organizacji, based in Bolesławiec at 38 Dolne Młyny Street, represented by Management Board President Radosław Naskręt and Management Board Member Jakub Cieśla.

1. Order No. 233/2016 of the Mayor of the City, dated July 5, 2016, was published in the Public Information Bulletin of the City Office and posted on the City Office notice board from July 5 to August 17, 2016.
2. The tender announcement was made public in the customary manner:
a) on the Bolesławiec City Office website, in the tenders section, from August 29 to November 3, 2016.
b) on the City Office notice board in the Property and Spatial Management Department, as well as in front of the Town Hall and the high-rise building, from August 22 to November 3, 2016.
c) published in the national edition of Gazeta Wyborcza on August 29, 2016.
d) broadcast on Local Television for one week starting August 29, 2016.
