County celebrations of the 1050th anniversary of the Baptism of Poland will take place on Friday, November 4. The program includes:
- Teatr Stary in Bolesławiec
- 10:00 – a lecture by Reverend Jakub Bartczak accompanied by a hip-hop concert
- 10:30 – announcement of the results of the art and history competitions
- 11:30 – the performance “A Song About Medieval Scholars,” prepared by the studio of the Stanisław Wyspiański Youth Cultural Centre in Bolesławiec
- Bolesławiec Marian Basilica
- 18:00 – Holy Mass and a concert of patriotic and national songs performed by Chóru Kamerton from the State Music School, first degree, in Bolesławiec. Aleksander Samostrokow will conduct the performance.
