This time, Legnica officers practiced quickly organizing a blockade post and arresting a murder suspect. According to the scenario, the perpetrator was supposed to flee by car from Jawor toward Legnica. The Non-Establishment Police Unit was called into service. In addition to officers from Legnica, the exercise was attended by police officers from Jawor, Złotoryja and Bolesławiec.
Procedures known to the officers were carried out in the field and provided an opportunity to develop effective methods of cooperation among officers from various departments and commands. The officers checked, among other things, how information was relayed, how the operation was commanded, and how observation and blockade posts could be organized at short notice.
