Bolesławiec’s market square has become even more beautiful. The second stage of illuminating the tenement houses in the market square has been completed. More than 200 spotlights were installed on the upper floors of the buildings. Almost PLN 365,000 was allocated for this purpose from the city budget. Last year, only the ground floors of the tenement houses were illuminated.
The following Bolesławiec landmarks have been illuminated so far: the Town Hall, the Kutuzov Monument, the Ceramic Museum on Mickiewicza Street, the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help at Zamkowy Square, the Marian Shrine of the Assumption of the Mother of the Church, the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary on Ceramiczna Street, the courthouse building and the railway viaduct.
