The Bolesławiec Commune Board announces an unlimited tender, to be held on 11 May 1993 at the seat of the Bolesławiec Commune Office, ul. Teatralna (room 16), for the sale of the following properties: 1. A property located in the village of Trzebień, consisting of two plots, nos. 500 and 157/1, with a total area of 4.64 ha, on which the following are located:
- transformer substation,
- boiler house together with a hydrofor station and deep-water intake,
- car garages – 24 units,
- railway siding,
- a complex of buildings with a total volume of approximately 22 cu. m.
The property is located in a very attractive location:
- at the intersection of national road no. 297 and the Wrocław–Olszyna motorway, 70 km from the border crossing,
- the plot contains a railway siding connected to the station.
The facilities are suitable for conducting various types of manufacturing, business and commercial activity.
The total value of the property is estimated at PLN 2.56 billion. The value of the property constitutes the starting price. Bid bond – PLN 250 million. The tender will be held at 11:00 a.m.
2. Plot no. 259/1, with an area of 0.20 ha, located in the village of Trzebień, developed with building no. 70, with a volume of 1,193 cu. m. The building has two storeys and a basement, is made of brick and covered with roof tiles, and is equipped with electrical, water-supply, sewage and central-heating systems.
Property value – PLN 300 million, including land value of PLN 12 million. Bid bond – PLN 30 million. The tender will be held at 12:00 noon.
3. Plot no. 259/2, with an area of 0.16 ha, located in the village of Trzebień, developed with building no. 70/1, with a volume of 516 cu. m, made of brick, covered with asbestos cement and equipped with electrical, water and sewage, and central-heating systems.
Property value – PLN 90 million, including land value of PLN 10 million. Bid bond – PLN 9 million. The tender will be held at 12:30 p.m.
4. Plot no. 347/7, with an area of 0.26 ha, located in the village of Ocice, developed with building no. 56, with a volume of 1,900 cu. m, made of brick, with a basement and usable attic, covered with roof tiles, with the possibility of adapting it into two residential units, equipped with electrical, water-supply, sewage and central-heating systems, and with an outbuilding.
Property value – PLN 370 million, including land value of PLN 47 million. Bid bond – PLN 50 million. The tender will be held at 1:00 p.m.
The bid bond must be paid by bank transfer or by bank payment confirmation to the Commune Office account, account no. 382210-912-133, Bank Zachodni in Wrocław, Bolesławiec Branch, indicating which property it concerns. Proof of payment of the bid bond must be presented on the day of the tender.
