on the list of a client hiding behind the initials "J.K. – teacher" (from issue 1 of GB)
Dear Client!
Making such authoritative assessments and criticisms requires the author, in accordance with the principles of good manners, to provide their own surname. We humbly acknowledge the fact that among our Clients there is a Client dissatisfied with the level of services we provide. We assure you that we treat our Clients with due respect. Contrary to your assertion, I believe that the Client is our partner, not our "master". We do not agree with your claim that "organizational chaos still prevails" in our branch, or that "the hidebound and lazy mindset of the comely female clerks needs to be thoroughly overhauled". You use unbecoming expressions. You failed to notice that the branch not only took care of the appearance of the premises, but also launched foreign-exchange services, distributed Share Certificates, accepted clients of a bankrupt cooperative bank, and significantly expanded its lending activities.
We invite you to a meeting that will enable you to learn about our bank, its organization and the hard work of its employees.
Yours sincerely: Branch Director Małgorzata Tajak
