In September, we reported that an unknown perpetrator had posted a video on YouTube showing photographs of the buildings of the Complex of General and Vocational Schools in Bolesławiec, along with captions praising the school. Two controversial scenes were inserted into the material. The video was available on YouTube for approximately 19 hours, during which time nearly 700 people watched it. The video was taken down after the Boleslawiec.org portal contacted YouTube.
“The investigation showed that the young man publicly presented a film of pornographic content,” says prosecutor Adam Zieliński. The man is accused of distributing the material to people who did not wish to receive it. The accused denies the charges. “The court proceedings will establish whether he is guilty or not,” the prosecutor adds. The young man faces up to one year in prison.
Laura Słocka-Przydróżna, head of the Complex of General and Vocational Schools, declined to comment. The headmistress does not wish to speak about the matter until a verdict is issued.
