The tournament was held on Saturday, 19 January. Due to the absence of players from Czarni Lwówek Śląski, the fixture schedule was changed. Group I featured Karkonosze Jelenia Góra, Bóbr Marciszów and GKS Gromadka. Meanwhile, the teams in the second qualifying group were Granica Bogatynia, Łużyce Lubań Śląski, Kwisa Świeradów and Górnik Orliki Węgliniec.
The results of the individual group-stage matches were as follows:

The semifinal matches were: Łużyce Lubań Śląski – Karkonosze Jelenia Góra 0:0 (2:3 on penalties) and GKS Gromadka – Górnik Orliki Węgliniec 0:0 (1:3 on penalties).
In the match for fifth place, Granica Bogatynia defeated Bóbr Marciszów 2:2 (6:5 on penalties). The third-place match ended with Łużyce Lubań Śląski beating GKS Gromadka 3:1. In the final, Karkonosze Jelenia Góra, who improved with every match, comfortably defeated Górnik Orliki Węgliniec 3:0.
The winning Karkonosze Jelenia Góra team consisted of: Artur Hałka, Piotr Kochan, Maciej Jurkowski, Filip Kostka, Tomasz Biskupski, Tomasz Palimąka, Krzysztof Kieć, Dominik Kik, Tomasz Jurczyk, Marcin Smolak and Roman Demianenko. The team’s coach is Dariusz Michałek.
Artur Hałka (Karkonosze Jelenia Góra) was named the tournament’s best goalkeeper, while Paweł Klim (Górnik Orliki Węgliniec) was chosen as its most versatile player.
The event was organized by the District Football Association in Jelenia Góra, Gromadka Commune Head Dariusz Pawliszczy, the Municipal Culture and Sports Centre in Gromadka, and Gromadka’s Municipal Sports Club.
