The prosecutor’s office has filed an indictment with the court against a doctor from Bolesławiec and a person who helped him issue fake prescriptions for Viagra, a potency-enhancing drug. The indictment was accompanied by the defendants’ motion to voluntarily submit to punishment. The court is now to set a date for the first hearing.
