The final tournament of the Correspondence Championships of the “Karkonosze” Inter-County Sport Bridge Association was held on 16 December in the rooms of the Prnjavor motel. This time, the pair Marek Drecki – Sławomir Zimniak achieved a major success. Although they started from a distant position, they made up the deficit and decisively defeated the entire field of finalists. In doing so, they maintained the fantastic run of Bolesławiec players, who won almost all the tournaments and congresses held in the Jelenia Góra region throughout 2007!
This was confirmed by the overall Grand Prix standings, in which our players occupied the podium. Artur Winkler won ahead of Antoni Ochot, followed by Jarosław Molenda and Jerzy Olenderek.
