The crossing on Staszica Street has finally been reopened. The tunnel was closed to traffic in connection with the reconstruction of the viaduct. Trakcja Polska – Przedsiębiorstwo Kolejowych Robót Elektryfikacyjnych S.A., the main contractor for the modernization of the Bolesławiec–Zebrzydowa section, had estimated that the work would take four months. Fortunately, the renovation did not take longer, as was the case with the work on the crossing on Kościuszki Street. Bolesławiec drivers who frequently use this route will certainly spend less time stuck in traffic now.
