A water main failure occurred on Friday evening. Water flowing from the burst pipe flooded the intersection of Łokietka and Zgorzelecka streets. According to unofficial information obtained by Boleslawiec.org, a transmission pipe burst, which does not threaten the supply of running water to nearby homes.
The water from the burst pipe is, however, disrupting vehicle traffic. Driving through the intersection is difficult. A police officer is directing traffic. Water utility emergency service workers are repairing the failure.
