It took three months to sign and submit the documents at the ministry, and then at the voivodeship and marshal's offices. Students' patience will be tested once again – they will receive the money no earlier than November.
Next week, a competition will be announced during which county offices will be able to submit applications for financial support. The funds are intended for pupils and students – mainly first-year students – who are in a difficult financial situation, especially those from rural areas and small towns.
