On October 11, Józef Burniak will give a lecture during which he will discuss and explain the principles of creating and implementing a budget, as well as how local government operates. The former president of Bolesławiec says that he addresses his lectures to everyone, regardless of political views. However, he does not hide the fact that the presence of young people is particularly important to him, as he intends to encourage them to take an active part in public, social and economic life.

“I decided to share my knowledge and experience concerning work in local government. Anyone can attend my lectures and ask any question, regardless of the political views they represent,” explains Józef Burniak. “I will not engage in any campaigning either. What matters to me is that young people want to learn specific, concrete knowledge,” the former president adds.

The lecture will take place on October 11 at 6:00 p.m. in Bolesławiec, at 15 Opitza Street. The idea was proposed by the Federation of Young Social Democrats.
