The accident occurred after 2:00 p.m. At the motorway exit near Krzyżowa, the driver of a Chrysler Voyager failed to yield the right of way and hit the side of a Ford Escort. The car ended up in a ditch. The woman driving the Ford suffered minor injuries. She was taken to a hospital in Bolesławiec.
The man driving the Chrysler (with registration numbers from Limanowa) probably lost concentration.
