On Friday, an exhibition basketball match was played at the sports hall in Gromadka. TOP Ceramika Artystyczna Bolesławiec played against Sudety Jelenia Góra. The match was one of the attractions of Gromadka Days. The TOP team was joined by current Poland national team player and Turow Zgorzelec player Krzysztof Roszyk. The first quarter was evenly matched. Both teams scored 20 points.
In the second quarter, TOP took the lead, mainly thanks to Krzysztof Roszyk's basketball skills. The Jelenia Góra team, which plays in the second division, nevertheless erased Bolesławiec's lead, and in the third quarter the team from Jelenia Góra moved ahead. The teams continued to battle point for point until the end of the match, but Sudety ultimately won 94:89. The match was a good test of the Bolesławiec team's abilities, as they are expected to play in the third division starting next season.
The following players represented TOP Ceramika Artystyczna Bolesławiec: Paweł Wilas, Krzysztof Nicki, Mateusz Zieliński, Tomasz Szewczyk, Krzysztof Roszyk, Krzysztof Kureła, Marcin Kozłowski, Oskar Lewandowski, Wojciech Siwiec and Bartek Dolński. The Bolesławiec team was coached by Piotr Rydz and Grzegorz Jankowski. After the match, both teams received commemorative trophies.
