It is worth recalling that, to become an appointed teacher, one must work at a school as a contract teacher for at least two years and then complete a 2-year-and-9-month internship. A teacher seeking promotion must also plan their professional development and the activities to be undertaken to improve their teaching workshop and work methods, as well as enhance the quality of the school's work. They must also receive a positive assessment of their professional achievements and pass a very demanding examination before an examination committee, while presenting the results of their work during the internship.
As Alicja Krzyszczak, head of the District Education and Promotion Department, Alicja Krzyszczak mentioned during the meeting, the teachers demonstrated a very high level of knowledge of education law and presented their teaching skills wonderfully, which bodes well for their outstanding professional careers. Deputy District Head Marian Haniszewski, emphasizing that taking part in the ceremony was a true honor for him, linked the information about the teachers' excellent preparation with this year's best matriculation examination results in Lower Silesia. The local government official thanked the teachers for their hard work and enormous contribution to our graduates' excellent results, as well as for their daily educational and воспитational work, wishing them satisfaction in their further careers.
During the ceremony, the certificates of appointment were received from Deputy District Head Marian Haniszewski by: Jacek Kawka and Andrzej Mitek (Ignacy Domeyko Complex of Electronic Schools in Bolesławiec), Barbara Smoleńska (Maj. Henryk Sucharski Complex of General and Vocational Schools in Bolesławiec), Kinga Prokop and Piotr Rydz (District Special Lower Secondary School No. 1 at the Rehabilitation Complex in Iwiny), Łukasz Reszka (Youth Educational Centre at the Rehabilitation Complex in Iwiny), Małgorzata Matyjaszczuk (Janusz Korczak Second General Secondary School in Bolesławiec), Justyna Szylkiewicz, Danuta Gruszczak, Anna Mocydlarz-Popielarz and Marta Chylak (District Complex of Special Schools and Institutions in Bolesławiec).
