On Saturday, the Lower Silesian Veterans’ Table Tennis Championship took place in Wołów. Forty-eight players from several clubs across the voivodeship took part in the competition. Bolesławiec was represented by Remigiusz Kacperczyk, the oldest player at TOP Bolesławiec. The Bolesławiec player competed in the category for players over 70.
The TOP player demonstrated a high level and gave his opponents no chance, smoothly winning every match 3:0. Following such a successful start in the voivodeship championship, Remigiusz Kacperczyk announced that he would take part in the Polish Championship, which will be held at the end of May in Jastrzębie.
